Finally, I thought that we God fearing people rose up and defeated Satan and there will be more victories to come. Unfortunately it got challenged as Unconstitutional by the State Superior Court and our hapless Governor at the time was Jerry Brown who refused to support it, so it went to the state supreme court and the ruling judge.(A homosexual) ruled against the proposition.
