Dear Reader:

May the New Year bring renewed fervor in our faith. As we live in a world that is ever more in darkness we must all the more walk in the light of the Truth. We cannot excuse ourselves that we cannot live our faith, rather we must understand that nothing has changed—only our attitude of not taking it serious and therefore excusing ourselves from living that faith. REMEMBER WHEN THE REAL ST. NICK PUNCHED A HERETIC FOR DENYING THE INCARNATION?

st-nick-heretics-001There are a number of people in Church history that I have a lot of respect for. Some of those come from the time of the Council of Nicaea. One of those men is Athanasius, who stood firm in the doctrine of the Trinity. When it seemed all of the Roman Empire was following the heretic Arius, who denied that God was manifest in the flesh in the person of Jesus of Nazareth, a colleague of his told him, “The whole world is against you!” However, Athanasius declared, “Then it is Athanasius against the world.” Another is one that is rarely mentioned, even though his battle was against the same heresy and against the same heretic. His name is St. Nicholas. MORE

VIDEO: MUSLIM IMAM: SAYING MERRY CHRISTMAS IS WORSE THAN MURDER!

Think you can coexist with the Muslim community? Then you probably haven’t heard what this western Islamic religious leader has to say about the horror that is… saying “Merry Christmas.”

In fact, he says that saying Merry Christmas “is worse than fornication and drinking alcohol and killing someone, because you are approving of the biggest crime ever committed by the children of Adam’s sin.”  MORE

Severe flood warnings pose ‘DANGER TO LIFE’ as heavy rain lashes Britain

LDThe Environment Agency (EA) have issued 15 severe warnings in Lancashire and Yorkshire as forecasters warned up to 4.7 inches (120mm) of rain could fall in some areas.

ANTIChildren are more likely to be diagnosed with autism if their mothers took antidepressants during pregnancy, a new study shows.

A Blessed Christmas and a safe New Year

blessedUnfortunately, Our Lord will not return in 2016
Grace be with you, in Christ, Joseph

These four things have to happen first before Christ can come back.

The date setting of Easter in April,
The establishment of a papal office in Jerusalem WITH the gathering of the world religions,
The Great Biblical Chastisement, (The faithful will be protected from the fire)
The killing of the two witness,  then His return on Pentecost Sunday.

Blessed Christmas

Glory to God in the highest; and on earth peace to men of good will. (Luke 2:14)

Glory be to God on high, and on earth peace to men of good will. We praise Thee, we bless Thee, we adore Thee, we glorify Thee, we give Thee thanks for Thy great glory: O Lord God, heavenly King, God the Father Almighty! O Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son; O Lord God, Lamb of God, Son of the Father: Who taketh away the sins of the world, have mercy on us; Who taketh away the sins of the world, receive our prayer; Who sits at the right hand of the Father, have mercy on us. For thou alone art holy, Thou alone art the Lord, Thou alone, O Jesus Christ, art most high, together with the Holy Ghost, + in the glory of God the Father. Amen. (Mass)

May the offering of this festive day be pleasing to you, O God, and may this exchange of gifts, through your bountiful grace, cause us to grow more like Christ, in whom our human nature is united with yours; who lives and reigns with Thee in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, world without end. Amen.

(Secret  of Midnight Mass)

The blessings of the Infant Savior be yours at CHRISTMAS and through each day of the NEW YEAR.

As my gift to you and your loved ones, the traditional Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Las Vegas for you during the Christmas Season.

VIDEO: “Unstoppable” California Gas Leak Now Being Called Worst Catastrophe Since BP Spill

Erin Brockovich writes, the enormity of the Aliso Canyon gas leak cannot be overstated. Gas is escaping through a ruptured pipe more than 8,000 feet underground, and it shows no signs of stopping,” as according to the California Air Resources Board, methane – a greenhouse gas 72 times more impactful in the atmosphere than carbon dioxide – has been escaping from the Aliso Canyon site with force equivalent “to a volcanic eruption” for about two months nowMORE

PHboyBANGKOK/MANILA, Dec 23 (Thomson Reuters Foundation) – Successive storms across the Philippines, including Typhoon Melor, have temporarily uprooted 1.7 million, aid workers said, as President Benigno Aquino distributed food on Wednesday in areas hardest hit by the disaster.

At least 41 people were killed when Typhoon Melor struck central Philippines on Dec. 15, inundating villages, damaging crops and disrupting power supplies to six provinces. MORE

Christians in China feel full force of authorities’ repression

Pastor Su Tianfu slides into the back seat and tells the driver to hit it.

He looks over his shoulder: “Is there anybody following us?”

It is days before Christmas, but instead of working on his sermon, Su is giving his tail the slip.

The slight and soft-spoken Protestant preacher is no stranger to surveillance. Su has worked for years in China’s unregistered “house churches,” and he said he has been interrogated more times than he can count.

But even Su is surprised by what has happened in Guiyang this month: a crackdown that has led to the shuttering of the thriving Living Stone Church, the detention of a pastor on charges of “possessing state secrets” and the shadowing of dozens of churchgoers by police. MORE
