A record number of people throughout the United States have expressed a lack of trust in clergy members, according to a new poll. When asked by researchers at Gallup to rate the honesty and ethics of clergy members, less than half of those who participated in the study ranked them positively. The 47 percent who did represent the smallest group to do so since 1977. LINK

The government in Costa Rica, one of the biggest suppliers of the fruit, has already declared a “national emergency” over the state of its crop. The country’s half-a-billion-dollar banana export industry has been hit by two separate plagues of mealybugs and scale insects, with up to 20 per cent of its produce written off. LINK

North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem filed a legal opinion last week confirming that the state does not recognize out-of-state same-sex marriages, allowing a man married to another man to come to North Dakota and marry a woman without divorcing his husband. LINK

The basis of the entire food chain, krill, plankton, is poisoned with radiation, and one third of the world’s water is poisoned with radiation as well..even the snow! There is nothing that anyone can do except pray, hope, and be aware that these are ‘apocalyptic’ days we are living in! LINK
