Baltimore has set a new per-capita homicide record as gunmen killed for drugs, cash, payback – or no apparent reason at all.

California tries to make the world play by their rules

A bill that recently passed the California Legislature would require publicly traded corporations with their principal executive offices in California to have at least one woman on their corporate board by the end of next year.
