The head of the Russian Orthodox Church, Patriarch Kirill, has urged all countries to unite in what he called a holy war on terrorism.

He was speaking at the end of an official visit to the UK, after meeting Queen Elizabeth and the head of the Anglican Church, the Archbishop of Canterbury.
