In reaction to news that the Obama administration will spend up to $8.4 million a year for transgender military personnel who want gender reassignment treatments or sex-change surgery, Christian evangelist Franklin Graham said he was “disgusted” and that “this is the kind of immoral garbage President Obama and his administration are allowing to be put in place in our country.”
