ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — More cities are recognizing Native Americans on Columbus Day this year as they revive a movement to change the name of the holiday to celebrate the history and contributions of indigenous cultures around the country. MORE
With God out the window, everything else follows.
The attacks against Columbus Day are ludicrous. He opened the west towards civilization and culture.
This is why it was so important for “progressives” to control the educational establishment, so that without knowing the history of ‘indigenous peoples’, they can make it whatever they want it to be…..Indian good, Europeans bad. The indigenous peoples killed each other with recklessness, and were stone age brutes…. the ones with ‘highly advanced civilizations’ such as the Inca or Aztecs…..practiced human sacrifice. May we forever keep Columbus Day and respect his discovery of America.
