David Geffen’s hit On Hillary Clinton got Obama Elected

ES8BAccording to a pbs T.V. special of late, David Geffen top-tier Jewish, Hollywood Billionaire supported Bill Clinton during the 1997 election campaign, which helped him get elected. Bill promised David he would do what he could to help in getting legislation passed for homosexual rights. However when Bill bowed down to the military with, “Don’t ask don’t tell,” David felt betrayed. As a result in the 2008 campaign he opted for Obama over Hillary because Obama agreed to do what Bill Clinton failed to do. So not only did he back Obama but had Hillary attacked in some of these newspapers that he had some ties with.
So here you are my friends. I was shocked only over the fact that I knew nothing about David especially how he played such a prominent roll in shaping these policy’s which are effecting this country today.

David Geffen started out as a theatrical agent. Founded Asylum Records, and became a principle partner in Dream Works Studios along with Spielberg, Jeffrey Katzenberg, founded in 1994

LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) — The long-term impact of the Tinseltown tussle between the Clinton and Obama campaigns is no big deal, but it showcases a big issue in the primary campaign.
At issue: Can Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-New York, or Sen. Barack Obama, D-Illinois, be elected president? “There are some Democrats that wonder if either one can win,” political analyst Stu Rothenberg said. (Watch how the Clinton and Obama camps went after each other  )”My sense is that Mr. Geffen may have differences with the Clintons,” Obama said. “That doesn’t really have anything to do with our campaign.” Obama, though, quickly got back on the high road.”I’ve said repeatedly that I have the utmost respect for Sen. Clinton, and I have considered her an ally in the Senate,” Obama said.In a polarized political environment, there’s a lot more strategic voting in the primaries.”Democrats want a winner and it’s not just the party insiders, and it’s not just the political consultants,” Rothenberg said. “It’s real people, real voters. And so I think electability will be a crucial issue……
