Recently, a friend and her family camped on our homestead and spent a long weekend with us.  They got to see first hand how we live without electricity and running water.  She sent me a message recently with a recipe she thought that I might want to try: Smoothie Popsicles.  It made me laugh so hard!  I told her that they looked delicious, but I have two problems.
