Hundreds of dead fish and other marine animals wash up on Kailua Beach Tuesday morning.  It’s another area where the State Department of Health is urging people to stay out of the water.

The brown water is on the opposite end of Kailua Beach Park.  For perspective it’s the side President Obama stays on vacation.
