This could be the first step to having all benefits for illegals. The next step for the courts will be for illegals to be placed in the same category as in the non-discrimination category’s, such as sex, creed, religious beliefs, etc. If this happens, illegals (and anyone else for that matter,) won’t have to apply for citizenship anymore because they will have the same basic rights as citizens. Not only that, but the government won’t need that many INS workers which means a deduction in the workforce and a big deduction in their budget. Wow, they got it all figured out. Of course they will have to accept Obamacare like the rest of us.
