Think about it for a minute.  There are those in government and those who hold radical environmental ideologies are preying upon the compassion that humans have to be good stewards of the environment.  Men, women, teenagers, children, entire families, and friends took to the beaches to clean up potentially radioactive and hazardous debris.  Each person over 18 must sign the “Waiver”. LINK
