In late April, Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe announced, to great fanfare, that he was restoring voting rights to 200,000 felons who’d been stripped of the franchise when they went to prison. And what is a “personal prelature” in the Newchurch of the New Order? It is defined in Newcanons 294 to 297 of the anti-Catholic Novus Ordo 1983 Code. First of all, it is not a particular church that is equivalent to a Newdiocese under Canon 368. Secondly, it includes only clerics: it does not include laypeople. For example, it excludes monks, hermits, nuns, friars, and other religious brothers and sisters who are not deacons or presbyters. The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) is a church in decline but one whose enthusiasm for attacks on Israel never wanes.
The decline is very clear in the numbers. When formed in 1988, the ELCA had over 5 million members, but it is now down to about 3.8 million—down over a fourth. The number of member churches is similarly in decline. MORE

Briefly: In the old testament we had High Priests and Prophets.The High Priest would speak for God on matters of faith and the Church. Prophets were called upon to keep everyone in line or not living up to their responsibilities,so in this sense you have Two people speaking in the place of God. Continue reading
It’s never really been that way from the beginning. The State violates the First Amendment every time it grants a divorce to someone who was married in a Religious Institution. The Religious Institutions don’t sue because the State provides subsidies to the these Institutions.This being the case if a Religious School wants to exclude Secular People from admission to their Schools they have the right to do so, providing they do not accept state subsides. End of Story.
