Remember Joseph’s suggestion to put in toll booths at both borders and it went nowhere. Well here you are, the deficit up 23% this year. With toll booths we could take in about 4.2 Billion a year based on $5.00 a car. It’s not a terribly large amount but with the additional jobs that it would also create, it’s a beginning and who knows what other avenues the Government could use to generate income besides taxes.
