Cardinal Burke has been admitted to the hospital

One of the Catholic church’s top officials and fiercest critics of Pope Francis has COVID-19 and is breathing through a ventilator. Cardinal Raymond Burke tweeted on Aug. 10 that he had caught the virus, was resting comfortably and was receiving excellent medical care. His staff tweeted Saturday that he has been hospitalized and is breathing through a ventilator. MORE

Three volcanoes

Pavlof, Great Sitkin and Semisopochnoi Volcanoes all remain under an orange threat level Friday, signaling that eruptions are underway and minor ash emissions have been detected. Tom, your crime statics are misleading because you fail to understand that the Police are ignoring minor crimes being committed now because of the police officer conviction of George Floyd. I got it through the grapevine, you should have figured it out yourself. Common sense dictates when you have massive unemployment the crime wave always goes up.
