Gun control demands a simple solution for anyone with a heart, a little compassion and most importantly common sense. Ban the war weapon, AR-15. It has no place in a civilian society. Boycott Georgia
Republican lawmakers in Georgia made good on a threat to eliminate a proposed tax break for Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines, after the carrier declined to reverse a decision to cut ties with the National Rifle Association. MORE
In September Los Angeles County replaced Columbus day with Indigenous day. I wrote a Letter to the Breeze newspaper cursing L.A. The paper left out the curse. I figured God would hit L.A. with something, comes October 12. but He did better he got both North & South of California with the Fires. About 5 of them. The biggest and most deadly ever was the Thomas Fire. Hello, the Doubting St. Thomas-es. $1:8 Billion dollars damage and this is not counting the mud slides that happened latter when the rains came.

After the most recent high-school massacre in Parkland, Florida, left 17 students and teachers dead, the National Rifle Association (NRA), the nonprofit gun-rights advocacy group, was rebuked by a surprising group of liberal activists: American corporations. Pressured by Parkland high-school students and others to boycott the NRA, more than 20 companies have cut ties with the pro-gun group. MORE
Funny, I always pictured Israel as a prosperous Nation until I saw this commercial for food bank donations for their people.
Some 1.8 million Israelis, including 842,300 children, were living in poverty in 2016, according to new figures released by the National Insurance Institute this month.

A senior military adviser to Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei called Feb. 27 for talks with Iraq and Afghanistan on water resources.
At a two-day conference in Tehran, “National Water Diplomacy and Opportunities for Hydropolitics in West Asia,” former Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps commander Yahya Rahim Safavi said, “The issue of the scarcity of water resources may lead to … challenges among countries. In Iran, we have common water [resources] with 12 neighboring countries, which can [lead to] both interaction and tensions.” MORE
