Their neighbors weren’t sure: perhaps because they were an inferior race, many suggested; you could see it in the shape of their heads, writers and cartoonists often emphasized. A large storm will affect the west coast of the United States with drenching rain, ice, flooding and high country snow this weekend into next week.
