It’s hard to tell – could be a ghost, but there could be a half dozen other explanations.  Non-human or hybrid as an alien with super-powers; an interdimensional being lasting in our dimension for a short period of time, probably uses a device although you can follow him out of the sight of the camera; a being that can speed up time for himself while everything else slows down or possibly a cloaking device.
