Disney cuts ties with Boy Scouts over anti-gay policy

mickey-mouse-rainbowThe Walt Disney Company has joined a growing list of corporate sponsors to cut ties with the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) over a controversial policy banning gay adult leaders. In an email posted online Friday by Scouts for Equality, an alumni association dedicated to ending anti-gay discrimination in the BSA, the board president of the BSA’s Central Florida Council alerted Scout leaders and parents of the entertainment company’s decision. LINK

Japan pledges $200 million in aid for Palestinians

Japan pledged more than $200 million in aid Saturday to help the Palestinian Authority, as representatives from 22 nations reiterated their support of the Palestinians’ quest for their own state. The pledge was announced by Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida at the second Conference on Cooperation among East Asian Countries for Palestinian Development, LINK

Update: The Great Apostasy–Anti-Christ System & The Second Coming of Christ

Just briefly however, that the Great Apostasy does not mean a complete abandonment of Christian principals but is made up of the Vatican II Council of a syncretism, humanistic, & inter-faith gospel which is being implemented by the imposition of the Secular, liberal,  democracy,  the U.N. E.U., IMF and the Vatican II church. (Religious Liberty)  This system has to spread throughout the world before Christ comes back. However you might say most of the world has accepted this agenda but it seems the Orthodox Russian Church is now opposing the whore of Babylon. Scriptures indicates it’s down fall before the end. Elizabeth Cohen, CNN senior medical correspondent: Yakima Valley, Washington, a horrible medical mystery has unfolded — An alarming rate of birth defects. Sara Barron, a nurse in the region and was the first to report cases of anencephaly, babies born with much of their brain and skull missing.

Married dad becomes Maronite Catholic priest in US

For the first time in nearly a century, a married priest has been ordained by the Maronite Catholic Church in the United States — and his wife and daughter were on hand to support him.

Wissam Akiki was welcomed by hundreds of supporters during a ceremony Thursday night at St. Raymond’s Maronite Cathedral in St. Louis. He called it a “historic day” and said he had been given two great blessings: marriage to his wife of 10 years, Manal, and “the dream to serve the Lord thanks and church as a priest.” LINK
