Father Noel Barbara writes in “Fortes in Fide” page 41, “Canon Law(Can,22) makes it clear that the conclusions of an Ecumenical Council are not binding until they receive the approval of and are promulgated by a Pope. man of the year JXIIOn October 11 Pope John XXIII convened the first session of the Roman Catholic Church’s Second Vatican Council. It’s my belief that it was Cardinal Montini that drew up the plans for this council.
As a result Pope John XXIII became a part of Divine Revelation, as the star that falls from Heaven and opens up the gates of Hell (Apoc.9) which in turn leads to the first AntiChrist who is referred to by St. Paul as the , “Man of Sin.”
