In July 2004, I wrote a piece titled, The Proper Role of America’s Militarydealing with Reagan’s strike on Libya in 1986. That precision strike was in response to a disco bombing in Germany killing one American GI and injuring some 50+ Americans. Moammar Khadafy was behind that cowardly act.  LINK
