Did Joseph’s letter help? Iran’s president-elect touts ‘moderation’ in T.V. address

Enclosed is the letter I wrote to the Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei: I felt confident that he would be told about my letter because I had an edge on most. My name Saraceno comes from the Saracens, which means, Muslim-Arab in Spanish & Byzantine languages.
