Explaining last Sunday’s Gospel …. Jesus and my Fathers business

Many of us don’t always pay attention to the meanings of some of these Gospel’s we hear every Sunday at Mass. I bring this up because in the new Church they use new Bibles and as I have explained before, that in order to bring all the religions together they had to make Jesus just another good prophet. So, wherever it deals in his divinity they made changes.

In this case, many Traditional Catholics fail to see all of the significance of this Gospel.

To begin with, if it was Passover (1) and this is your first signal grace, He was missing for three days. Alluding to the three days He was to remain in the Tomb. So when Jesus said, “Did you not know that I must be about my Fathers business.”  He was prophesying about His passion. Which later came true.

However, as I have explained before on the heretical New Bibles, this was changed to, “did you not know that I must be in my Fathers house.” This new change has no prophecy attached to it because the Temple is everyone’s Father’s house and in no way significant to His passion.
Another sad point is, you would think the Fathers would bring this up and remind the people, when it’s the Gospel of the day. How can we hope to enlighten our fallen away brethren when we don’t have the facts to present to them in the first place.

Grace be with you, in Christ, Joseph
